By storing them in the freezer between uses, it restores the natural moisture that the microwave draws out. When heated in the microwave you have a wonderful moist heat for pain relief and stress relief. Our herb packs and pillows are formulated with a mixture of natural seeds and herbs. Our blend has been mixed specifically to hold the heat for the longest possible time. We use all natural herbs for our herbal aromatherapy.
